2013 Plans
Implementing the best Russian and international anticorruption, compliance and risk management practices, the Company continues to actively cooperate with law enforcement agencies, state authorities, the Institute of Law and Comparative Legal Science attached to the Government of the Russian Federation, the Institute of International Accounting and Management, the Transparency International Russia – a center for anticorruption studies and initiatives and the International Compliance Services. The cooperation with these organizations will allow the Company to develop suggestions on introducing changes in the land and construction laws of the Russian Federation, handing them over to the corresponding authorities, and to improve the internal corporate legal framework in the sphere pertaining to the implementation of corporate and anticorruption compliance procedures and to implement new preventive measures within the existing business processes.
